LOST DESIRES

 Hey oceans that swallowed my ambitions

And aspirations!

My tears flow within you!

My faith has been fed to your aquatics!

How I wish my authored sorrow

Wasn't just poems to these humans!

How I wish this ink was loud enough

To scream my anxieties!

Hey oceans that swallowed my bliss

And mirth!

You washed away my gladness

Convinced me to let it go,

Now look at me trying to re-introduce

To the hope you stole from me!

The sun smiles and whispers I can

Make it tomorrow!

But the nights scream death at my 

Name!
